How Our Press Works

Review the SheBooks model, explore the authors on our list, and consider if SheBooks is the best home for your project.

Submit your work (between 8K and 40K words) for review. We publish based solely on the merit of your writing, not your author platform or other subjective measures.

Tier 1 of the submissions process will place you on one of two tracks—our Publishing Track or Coaching Track. Submissions placed on the Publishing Track proceed to Tier 2, which involves a second assessment that determines publish-readiness.

Our Publishing Package

Our publishing package is called SheBooks Originals and starts at $2,200. This package is all-inclusive of the items listed below and is for books under 40k words in length. SheBooks Originals is ebook only.
